Indonesian coffee, grown at a very high altitude in the mountains of the Sumatra region. Wet-milled by farmers and sun dried on patios.
Cup characteristics: earthy, with rustic notes of cedar, soft tobacco and spice, full bodied with bright acidity, clean and consistent.
