Mocha Java is a blend so ideal it became an offering standard.  Mocha is a port in Yemen at the southern tip of the Red Sea which produces bright and fruity beans. Java is an Indonesian island which produces rich and earthy beans.  The resulting drink has strong berry and citrus flavors alongside herbal gamey notes and the cup is hearty, flavorful and aromatic.  A take on two Asian offerings, similar yet different, combined.
